By accessing or using KingSwap ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

KingSwap is a non-custodial frontend that aggregates liquidity across multiple Solana decentralized exchanges. The Service does not hold, custody, or control user funds at any point. All swaps are executed on-chain via user-signed transactions.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your country, including any restrictions on cryptocurrency trading or decentralized finance.

3. Non-Custodial

The Service is non-custodial. You retain full control of your private keys and funds. KingSwap has no ability to access, freeze, or transfer your assets. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and keys.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information is provided for general informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

5. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk. Prices are volatile. Tokens may be illiquid, malicious, or scams. Smart contracts may have bugs. You may lose all funds. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KingSwap and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost funds, failed transactions, smart contract failures, or third-party DEX issues.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure, including Solana RPC providers, DEXs, and price feeds. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of these third-party services.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any activity prohibited by applicable law. We reserve the right to block access at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KingSwap operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
