Privacy Policy

KingSwap respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. KingSwap is a non-custodial swap aggregator — we do not require registration, email, or KYC to use the Service.

1. Data We Collect

Wallet address. When you connect a Solana wallet, your public key becomes visible to the Service. This is required to build swap transactions. We do not store it on our servers.
Transaction data. Every swap you sign is publicly recorded on the Solana blockchain. We do not control this data.
Technical data. Basic server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) may be recorded by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and abuse prevention.
Local storage. We may use browser localStorage to remember your slippage preference and theme. This data stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, address, government ID, or any KYC information. We do not use tracking pixels or third-party advertising networks. We do not sell or share any data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How We Use Data

The only data we process is technical data used for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention. This data is handled by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, under their standard privacy terms.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure including:
Solana RPC providers — Helius, for reading blockchain state.
DEX aggregators — Jupiter, for swap routing.
Price feeds — Jupiter Price API, for USD values.
Cloudflare — for hosting and DDoS protection.
These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not share personal data with them.

5. Cookies

KingSwap does not use advertising cookies. We may use localStorage for functional preferences (slippage settings, theme). You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.

6. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on our side. Blockchain data is immutable and outside our control.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the Service from unauthorized access, including HTTPS encryption, Cloudflare DDoS protection, and strict Content Security Policy. However, no system is perfectly secure. Use the Service at your own risk.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
